Whoever says in the comments that they no longer have or helped their headaches must be the placebo effect. These are not real blue light glasses. They have a magnification that makes them look more like reading glasses. Check out the "blue light" glasses test. You will see that there is absolutely no difference in the glasses. I have glasses with true blue light giving off a slightly yellow tint and the reflection from the screen is blue. Not these glasses. Although they are cute, this is totally false advertising.
