After being advertised as supporting 4k HD I assumed the product would say that but would only talk about HDTV and not what resolutions it supports/ unsupported. 110VAC is required to power the 5V power supply. Not a word about the need for any violence. I bought it for camping use so I didn't appreciate this surprise. Build quality also looks poor and I would never trust plastic mounts to prop them up on a camper van roof. I haven't hooked it up yet as I'm wondering if I should go back or reconsider the project. If it works well in an RV and I can mount it on a flagpole while camping remotely then I can just keep it to myself. If it's no better than my 25 year old indoor panel van roof antenna, then it's going back. Expect (as seen on TV) some sort of marketing on the box and unbranded Chinese parts inside the box. Of course I'll update my review if I find the quality exceptionally good or bad, but even if it's the best reception I've seen it still doesn't deserve 5 stars. Might be a decent antenna for an apartment so I'm generously offering 3 stars.
