As soon as you step on the scale, you get a lot of information, so much that I want to refer to it later. But you can't do that with this scale. While you can program up to 8 people, it's useless if you can't even reference one person's information. I understand that Bluetooth isn't on and that you can't upload information to PDF files, Excel spreadsheets, etc., but you should at least be able to manually press a button to go back in time and view previous information from view previous weigh-ins . This allows you to identify and track changes. Again, it's impossible with this scale. Maybe I'm missing something, but I couldn't find anything in the setup guide. Also, I repeatedly called the phone number given in the manual, but to no avail. It rings, I press the appropriate request, rings 4 more times and then hangs up. I even tried different hints to see if I got a different result, and unfortunately no. Between the lack of customer service and the inability to go back and access previous information, I only give this product 3 stars.
