The printer works well so far, but there was such a PITA looking for drivers for it. It took me over two hours to set it up because they did a very good job of hiding the drivers for Win7 64-bit. I had to go to the "Self Help" support section to finally find it as entering the model number in the drivers section did nothing. When you click on the download link in the section you find for the printer you just get a 404 error. I don't know if it's difficult to find other versions for Win8 or 10. Eventually I pulled out the toner cartridge and found a piece of orange plastic inside which you took out when unpacking, it came loose and prevented the paper from feeding. I've seen people complaining that the paper won't feed and jams all the time, maybe that piece has detached from them too and is in the way. ***** Update 7-17-17 ****** I spend more time running back and forth to see if it's printed than I do typing anything. Preserves misprints. Constant. What about the buttons at the top? They do not do anything. The paper feed button can be pressed repeatedly and no paper will be fed. I 100% regret this purchase and the next time I buy a printer it will not be a gun at all.
