This is where I'm slowly losing customer loyalty. While the audio portion of these earbuds still works, I now have a third set of these with a broken action button in the mic. I use this button quite often, so it's quite an annoying bug. Skullcandy really designed the usefulness of this item and it must be done on purpose as this is my first set to have the button die long before the headphones stopped working. all they had to do was do nothing and they used the existing systems they already had, but instead they did it terribly.
