I hesitated to switch to "general". They literally sat in my shopping cart for over a week before I pulled the trigger. I'm a preschool teacher and I just can't justify the $315 cost of Canon cartridges, especially in our current economic climate. I print some of them for work but mostly for personal use while my kids print coloring pages and other materials to play at home at school. The cartridges arrived safe and sound in their own box which was then packed in my Revain box along with the other items in my order. I removed the cartridges and put them in my printer with no problems. The cartridges fit perfectly and my printer accepted them with no errors or "not real" error messages. The print quality is as good as Canon's. No streaks or stains. I only printed text documents and images/graphics. Thanks HaloFox for saving my tiny teacher's salary!
