Big but sweet: my review
I bought this for my 1.5 year old (22 pounds) and it was too big. Even tightened as tight as possible it was too much but I used a safety pin to tighten it and it worked fine.
- light and comfortable...color as pictured...very adjustable...price was good will buy again
