Review on Renewed Razer Cynosa V2 Gaming Keyboard: Customizable RGB Lighting, Macro Functionality, and Media Keys by Stanislaw Buzala ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not exactly the product that I wanted, the price and quality do not match.

And so that upset me. In February 2022, I bought 2 keyboards with 2 mice (there are nocommplaints about mice - they are beautiful as always). After 2 months, the button with the down arrow peeled off and the space bar began to creak. Everything would be fine if it would be on one keyboard, but it happened on both. I, with such a disorder, turned to those. support, filmed, even a video, as I was recommended. Here is the answer from those. support for my request: ======= Good afternoon. Remove the space button and the metal arc. Check the cavity where the button is attached for foreign objects, dust, dirt. Then fix the button back, it should help you. As for the down arrow, this is the result of your operation, this case is notcomvered by the warranty. ======= Gentlemen, yourcommpany produces gaming devices that must be indestructible. I have a Cynosa keyboard of the first version, bought, I don’t even remember when - it’s still alive, it doesn’t creak and the buttons haven’t peeled off. It’s clear with a space - a little silicone grease and it won’t creak, but gentlemen, I bought a keyboard for 5,000 to finish it and lubricate it? I am generally silent about the shabby button - 2 months of operation, guys. And I'm not a gamer, I just work on it. Theycomuld just send me two buttons and I'd be happy just because Razer has such great service. Now the question is - how much will I now want to buy some keyboard of your brand for 15 thousand, if this happens to them? I am attaching the video that I sent in those. under. , so as not to be unfounded - I want to repeat that this is on TWO keyboards, bought with a difference of two weeks.

Pros
  • Design, button feel, Linux support (Polychromatic).
Cons
  • The quality of the buttons themselves.
