As long as the headphones work - fine. (1) good sound, (2) the headphones stay in your ears while you move, and (3) the battery life is satisfactory. However, if you've received a faulty product, Jabra doesn't seem willing to resolve the issue. My headphones stopped working properly after a while. I have been trying to contact Jabra for a replacement for the past 2.5 months. I filed several cases and sent many letters. Sometimes I got an answer after a few weeks; but this answer will not solve the problem. Buyers should consider this behavior when purchasing a product. Products at the forefront of technology, like this one, often have problems. If the manufacturer then ignores warranty claims, the buyer is left with a defective product.
