I bought these solely for the house as my knees, back and feet were killing me. I am 34 years old and currently working from home. As I changed my lifestyle, I quickly realized that I needed archery support in my life, even when just being at home. I tried another pair of shoes (from another company) before returning them because they were chafing my ankles and ended up buying them. They don't rub the back of my ankle against my Achilles tendon or around my ankle. They're so quiet and comfortable that I honestly forget I'm wearing them most of the time. I love that they don't have laces but laces to tighten them for more support. I would really NEVER wear shoes at home but my body feels better since I got them. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying another pair for outerwear because they're so cute and stylish! I usually wear 6.5-7.5 and went with 6.5, at first they seemed liiiiiiiiiiiii a bit small but after an hour of wearing they relaxed and fit perfectly. I can take my sneakers up a half size, but I literally have nothing bad to say about these shoes. Come on, buy a pair!
