Review on Electrohome Turntable Platter Mat - High Durability Black Silicone Design for Vinyl Record Players (PENTRP) by Flavio Scarola

I'm new to the vinyl world so I tried to put together a good system that wouldn't break my budget. I wanted to switch from felt to cork because I had read positive reviews stating there was an improvement in clarity and tracking during playback. I ended up choosing this rug because I liked the look and functionality much more than any cork rugs I looked at. I had it not long ago but seems like it will survive a cork mat which can become brittle and crack over time and the rendering has improved. I feel the music is cleaner and the range is wider. I don't have top-of-the-line speakers, so when I hear an improvement, that says something. As a casual listener on a budget, I'm glad I chose this product and I recommend it!
