I bought this small oven because I can't see the controls on the large oven due to vision problems - I thought the smart functionality would allow me to say words raise my phone. which allowed me to use the oven again. I can only say: holy cow! This oven works so well - I just roasted a 10lb turkey in it to perfection. It's juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside! I'm so glad I can cook in the oven again. I put butter under the turkey's skin and then brushed it with olive oil before covering it. I set it at 310 degrees for 2 hours and then opened it and increased the temperature to 400 degrees. The turkey was so juicy and crispy at the same time. I'm surprised! The turkey was Jane's plain turkey which was 50 cents a pound! It turned out way better than you know, what a very expensive turkey! I covered the turkey to prevent too much oil from splattering on the top panels and only opened it during the last 25 minutes of the roast. in this oven. I didn't even smoke.
