Very soft but rides up

We bought these for our hikes so my daughters didn't get eczema from heat friction. They are very soft and stretch well. They show through a bit, but I either put her in a longer shirt or try to find underwear that's the same color. These shorts ride up after a while but my picky daughter doesn't seem to notice.
