Sent back because the transmitter would not turn on after the fifth use and NO customer service. I was very happy with it when it first came. The instructions were too cryptic. The support phone number was a cell phone in China. But I found out. Temperature measurements are very accurate. The Bluetooth range is very good. The backlight is very effective. The default for fish was 137 degrees. But it's easy to set it up yourself. (Most of the fish we cook should be 143-146). Replaced returned EAAGD with ThermoPro TP-08. The ThermoPro isn't as accurate, the Bluetooth range is MUCH worse, it doesn't include a third (backup) sensor and the transmitting device only shows the temperature of one sensor at a time. (You alternate between the two, which is hard to keep track of - so you end up having to rely on the remote even when you're at the grill.) BUT, the ThermoPro works, the instructions are better - and the company offers service and Support. Buy ThermoPro
