Sizing I thought they were larger than I usually wear, 6.5 and narrower than I expected. I had to downsize and live with a narrow forefoot. Thier XW is more like Wide in other brands I own. I even have a kind of soft style, and it seemed a bit narrower and longer to me. But these are very nice shoes! The heel is amazing. Dreaming of walking on uneven ground and looking good doing it. If you have a very wide forefoot, this shoe is not for you. Sad but true. I went up a half size and bought a size that fits the toe box to shorten the shoes or they would be too tight for me. I'm not sure if this solution will work, but I liked the shoes enough to give it a try.
