These are my first ramekins ever as I begin a quest to become well versed in making custards & puddings & such during these times of social distancing. They appear to be good little porcelain ramekins & I look forward to trying them out for baking gluten-free crust-less pumpkin pies in the oven (i.e. just pumpkin pie filling). The price sure was right, too, at 12 for $21.99 -- what a reasonable entry price for such a large collection! One of my ramekins arrived w/a crack & a chip & the company's customer service has been fantastic in helping to resolve the issue. I'm satisfied!
