Considering the price, that's amazing. Good quality. The rear looks cheap, but overall everything is fine for the price. Sits well, but it would be better with a cut-out for the armrest. I think it depends on the vehicle, but it would still be nice to have a pre-punched hole to avoid line breaks from a hole you have to make yourself.
