When I received them I was very excited, they looked spectacular and the first thing I did was try them with music. So far everything has gone well. But when I tried them with a call, I went from emotions to complete disappointment, because when you turned on the microphones of the headphones during a call, they began to make a noise that made it difficult to hear the interlocutor. At first I thought so. There may be a problem with the smartphone (Iphone 11 Pro) and to clear my doubts I tested it on my laptop by making a video call via zoom and again there was a rather annoying noise . (the sound is like an alarm clock to adjust the seat belt of the car). I complained to Revain and they offered to change it. I agreed to return the headphones I received for new ones and to top it off when the second pair arrived and I tried them they presented the same problem again. I am in the process of returning this second pair for a refund . It is very disappointing that these headphones from a reputable brand and at this price point have this problem.
