I have to say that I'm one of those people who buy stylus after stylus and use it all the time and that's what I need to work with the phone and I wish it wasn't yes, but i'm quite a connoisseur. I can't even tell you how much money I've spent over the years to find the perfect one, I have to say this is by far my favorite product I've found in a long time. Other pens like Elago I bought probably 60 in a year and I would say 40 out of 60 if I unscrew the top and replace the head it will not come out and the rubber will come off and it will be useless to try to contact the company is useless they have no desire to help you unlike this company you can say they will fulfill any reasonable request as they provide you with contact information along with the package and welcome feedback.
