Great mattress for use in a hospital bed. We bought this to replace the mattress/initials with an old hospital bed. This works perfectly for us and seems to offer great convenience. Worth the investment. Perfect support. Not too soft and not too hard. seems perfect. This mattress is not noisy. We also use a recirculating mattress to alter the pressure points on the body, but my daughter bought it so I didn't check it out; I also bought from Revain. :-) This mattress is perfect for our needs.
