Review on 🔓 Effortless Lid Opening Made Easy: OXO Good Grips Jar Opener with Base Pad by Tim Nicholas

I love Oxo products and am so disappointed with them. I read all the reviews about how easy it is to open jar lids and ordered. Trauma now requires my help. But he almost never opens the lids of the jars! It's difficult to press the V-shape against the lid hard enough for it to snag, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for which type of lid will or won't open. The grip pad to hold the glass on the counter doesn't matter. You know what kind of lids jars have! Some of them are easy, others are almost impossible. This opener just doesn't work and is now taking up a lot of space in my drawer. I am extremely disappointed. I really need a can opener now while recovering from an injury to my right hand. I don't understand why so many people find this a useful product.
