The program is designed for large food processing facilities, which makes it hard to use for smaller facilities. It is a great tool to understand what food waste is being generated in your facility. It is helping me to implement best practices and waste reduction strategies. We are using Normandy to track, monitor and reduce our food waste. The customer service is outstanding and the product works as advertised.
