I'm a Spin Instructor and have worn Shimano for many years. this is heaven. They fit my feet perfectly and when strapped to the bike they are amazing. I've always had a problem when I went by the size chart and the result was numb toes in the middle of class, not with these. I bought a size 8 1/2 shoe and a size 41 in it and my toes were not numb at all! I bought the "Mad Dog Spinning" boots to go with them, they are amazing quality. Don't buy the cheaper ones that claim to "fit in the shoe", go broke and buy the brand name version of the spikes, you and your spin bike will thank you. Their fun color also catches the eye. There are often a lot of black or white sneakers out there and I'm tired of wearing boring shoes and these pink WOOs are perfect! I keep getting compliments. I can recommend her 100%!
