You will need to drill it into your cabinet. None of the reviews mentioned this and it's a big problem if your cabinet can't be pierced. Instead I used command strips to hold the posts in place. I'm not sure why it didn't come together. I figured I could just put it in the closet and it would be ready to use. Holds a medium amount of spices. The metal seems strong and of good quality. We'll see if the command bars hold up.
