It doesn't cool me down!

I had to return it, I bought it for an outdoor picnic but I opened it up at home before leaving and the fan did absolutely NOTHING to cool me down. I would make cooler air by waving my fingers in front of my face. However, the light worked really well... so maybe the 4 and 5 star reviewers actually go camping or use it at night. The light was by far the best feature but not what I needed.
