The moment I pulled the stand out of the box I felt the fragility of the product. The assembly process was easy, but after assembling it I noticed a crack. I'm not sure if the crack occurred during assembly or shipping, but an item marked "Heavy Duty" shouldn't break that easily. Even when I saw the crack, I kept loading some gardening tools onto the shelf. I didn't want to return it because I had already spent time building it. Then I figured it had already ripped during assembly or shipping, so it could only get worse from there. I returned it a day later. I'd spend a few bucks more for something metal or wood.
