Good steel ruler, I am very satisfied. It can bend with mishandling, but is strong enough for normal tasks. There is no blank at the end, so you can just lay the edge of the ruler flat or flush against your subject like a tape measure without fiddling or guessing about the blank. I almost bought another one too until I read someone's review and realized that almost all of these "start over" rulers are marked with 1/10th inch divisions which is useless for everyday measurements.
