Small size, be careful! I bought this hat originally for Halloween Tabasco Sauce but the rest of my costume didn't arrive in time so I sent it back! Overall I'd say good value for money, made of soft material and the color is definitely vibrant! Highly recommended for fancy dress or everyday use! Just note that it's a bit small, but I also have a big head and don't like tight hats!
