I've only been using this nail polish for 3 days but it's very hard for me to keep it. Normal, gel, it doesn't matter. I usually get a gel scrub or lift within 24 hours and a regular nail polish for the rest of the day. Usually from a hot bath. It doesn't matter if they are done professionally or if I do them. I've used many, many brands and different techniques over the years and have always had problems with 1 or 2 nails in 24 hours. After 48 hours of using this polish I no longer lift at all. This is much thinner than some other brands of polish. I applied 2 coats and still covered well. I think thinner polish was actually better to prevent chipping. I used this polish with Gelish Foundation and Top it Off. They seemed to work well together. I took a chance and bought 3 sets out of 4. I'm glad I did. I am very happy with the results. Even if I only last 4-7 days, that's a lot for my problem nails.
