Bad calibration guide.
Works well but not quite calibrated. The manual includes a recalibration process. However, they advise you to bring the temperature of a glass of ice water to 32Β° and then use that as a baseline for the calibration. It would be nice if I had a thermometer but I don't have one so I ordered a meat thermometer. However, this is only 2Β°, and Wand is accurate in that sense.
