The quality of the bag is exactly the same as all other anti-static bags. So if you're worried about how thin they are, they're just like the ones you know. Most discs come as disposable items. Antistatic bags of the same "tear" type, so having a zipper is preferable to having them permanently taped, and that's why I bought them. They will easily fit any 3.5" rim with plenty of clearance. at the top, as if you had to tape it shut with a bag without a zipper.
