I like how we can see our open cases at any given time. We have been able to get more work done because of this software. It is not much that i dislike about it. In my opinion, there is nothing to be said against using intercomm as your legal database for ease in communicating with clients, court staff, judges etc. The only thing that we are struggling with sometimes when trying to pull up data from other databases such as excel or word but once you figure out where everything should go it all works fine. There was a need for an app that allowed us access to clients information through their computer so they could send messages back and forth easily without having to talk over the phone which saved alot of money.
