I've been to one of those new 'craft bars' once where they do a 'craft cocktail' (it's just a fancy way, 'old School cocktails "to say" and I've seen all the bartenders use those funny little measuring cups. In my mind I've been transported to my own kitchen trying to make a New York Sour using a tablespoon to measuring everything. Pretty silly, but it works in a pinch. So I do some research and find out that these measuring cups give me exactly 4 tablespoons that I need to make a drink. So pour once into a cup instead of four times into a tablespoon. Also, 4 tablespoons of whiskey is just the first part, I can also measure the rest of my drink with the same cup and get the exact parts, even though I only needed one, I ordered 3 because, why not, they are cute and stack up good at my cutlery drawer so I always have easy access to it! I'm sure they're great for cooking and baking, but let's face it, they're a lot more convenient for making drinks. PS - 1 ounce equals 2 tablespoons for your cocktail adventures! For your health
