Waterfall feature doesn't work without manual water drain

This table isn't £69.00, I did extensive research to find a water table my 16 month old son would love. This one was expensive but got good reviews so we bought it. First, water does not fall from one level to another as shown in the figure. The only way to drop it is to manually rotate the fragile orange starfish. If you spin it enough, it will take some water to the next level. Far from the waterfall! When you stop, the water stops. The springboard falls off the table as it's just lying on its side and isn't attached to anything. A person usually falls off the board too! It's just a two-layer piece of plastic. It's nothing special and definitely not worth the high price. I would go for something cheaper that has more options for kids.
