This cover has been on my bike almost every day for a year, my bike is on my street. So the case is exposed to the sun all day and every day, as well as salty rain since I live near the ocean and strong winds. It ripped 2 weeks ago due to gusty winds, the top fabric of the cover feels thinner than the sides at this point so I know the harsh conditions are making it hell. I've tapped the channel at the breaking point and it still holds, but one more storm and it'll be ripped to shreds. In general I am satisfied with the cover, my bike is the king of the roads. Sits well but tightly, in the handlebar area the manufacturer has to add a little more material, there it sits tight, especially in the area of the brake lever. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap case. If my bike were parked away from the elements, say in a parking lot, it would certainly last longer, so expect at least a year or more of use in harsh everyday conditions.
