I wanted to buy a small computer speaker for my laptop and this speaker has good reviews. In the photos shown, the speakers appear larger than they really are. They are small and perfect for my computer desk. These aren't Bose speakers, they sound pretty good and glow different colors. There is no way to control the color change or turn off the light unless I turn off the computer or turn off the speakers. It's normal for me, the light isn't too bright. I can control the sound through the speaker wire or my laptop. My laptop's music player has an equalizer, I can add more bass, treble or flatten it out. The price was around $13 which was a good deal. I need to connect both USB and phono plugs for it to work. If you want you can use a USB adapter and plug it into an outlet, but you won't be able to turn off the speakers unless you unplug it or add a switch to turn off the speakers. There is only one volume control. USB adapter NOT INCLUDED. The phono plug must be connected to the computer.
