Great Firm to Work For, Superb People & Excellent Benefits
I worked for this law firm from 2007-2011 as an associate attorney - primarily working out of our Cincinnati office where my husband was raised (and lives).
The people were great! They had some really talented attorneys who genuinely cared not only what they did but how it made them feel personally/professionally too when providing counsel or feedback during trainee evaluations etc., It's been 2 years since leaving BIRMCO so haven't kept track if things changed much after me moving over there; however everything seemed like such positive experience overall back then compared now knowing others within similar industries work here nowadays versus before having left nearly 4 yrs ago!!
Pros
- Some wonderful clients, friends included to whom we provided good representation at times..great colleagues also which helped with client relationships in general..a nice practice environment that allowed us time off w family often without feeling guilty about missing deadlines due simply being able enough enjoy personal life while still getting proper attention given all cases assigned by partner(s) / managing partners ;
