Very nice and comfortable, you can sleep in it and not even feel it. I have a problem with the neighbor's dog barking all night. I can't use earplugs because I like to sleep on my side with my ear on the pillow and earplugs hurt my ears in that position. Also, they don't block noise 100%, I can still hear the damn dog. But everything is different with these tiny headphones, I don't have to put them deep in my ears, I turn on white noise and viola, I can sleep peacefully on my side and the barking is gone! And yes I know they probably break quickly, they're tiny things and sleeping in them is kind of 'hard work' so I've bought 2 pairs just in case and will definitely buy again .
