The brush bristles are so soft it doesn't comb ur hair, cuz it doesn't grab the hair well. Wasted 24.00 for nothing. Afterwards I send the review the in the company texted me back really fast was so happy they did and they told me that they were sorry I wasn't happy with the product. They offered a few differences subject to choose from, they offered me another brush, same one but it had bristle wire in it, which it is amazingly different from the one I order. They also told me I didn't have to return the first brush, which not all company do that. I was very happy because I received it in just 3 days after we talking to them through text messages.
