My iPhone 5 wasn't working as expected. I sent the headphones back after trying to get them to work. Here's why: They kept falling out of my ears and got uncomfortable in my ears when I tried to adjust them. ears hurt. I couldn't leave voicemail messages for the people I called because they couldn't hear my message when they spoke into the headset. I didn't realize this until a couple of my clients said they knew I was calling but couldn't hear my message that I was trying to leave. The sound quality of the voices was tinny. I sent them back and the seller did a great job with returns and refunds. Customer service is great!
