The first PGBK worked fine but failed even though it showed 25% ink remaining when the printer's ink level was detected. Tanks of other colors were also empty, with more than 25% left. Replaced all low tanks with the second set of the kit. Now the printer says the brand new PGBK is empty even though the tank is full. I replaced it again with the old blank and it shows 25% again. Reinsert the new PGBK and it will show blank. This leads me to believe that the gauges may be faulty, especially on the new PGBK. Very disappointing. I switched to Arthur from a smaller aftermarket brand thinking I had more reliability and instead this is the worst ink I have seen from an aftermarket ink.
