I ordered this Soundbar 2 on June 21st via Prime and when it arrived it was missing a few parts: remote control 3.5mm-to-3.5mm -Cable Wall Mount Wall Mount Screws I contacted customer service and said I expect the missing items to be shipped via Priority Mail or similar delivery or they will receive a one star rating. Shortly thereafter, I received a message from the company that the goods were on their way. Six days later, a package containing a wall bracket and screws arrived in the first class mail; and an optical cable which I had from the original shipment but no remote or 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. I emailed the company directly that day asking about the two missing items and have not heard from them since. Two days later I contacted Revain support again and this time they decided to send me another full block. I arrived late June 18th. I opened it up and removed the missing pieces from the first batch. I called Revain for a return QR code and took the second package to the UPS store for return on June 19th. a 4x6 Ziploc that had all the missing parts. So thanks to Revain customer service and kudos to Worstisan customer service, ahem, Bestisan. But it took 19 days for the Prime item to work because the soundbar wouldn't connect to my TV without the remote.
