The headphones come in a beautiful black box which gives them a luxurious look. The box includes an instruction manual for what appears to be a different product, a decent rubber carrying case, headphones and a clothing clip. When I tried them, I got inconsistent sound from the left or right earbud, but usually not both. (I've tried listening to the same song multiple times as I know some records prefer left or right stereo). Even when I tried them, I was in constant pain. These headphones didn't have a configuration, angle, or depth that was even remotely comfortable. I may have small ears, but I've tried many different headphones over the years and have never felt anything quite as uncomfortable as these. They don't enter your ear canals, they sit just outside of it. I felt like they were pushing through my earlobes. I have issued a refund as they are unusable.
