My fiance has a lot of Hurley hats and loves them. I don't mind, but I hated her smell. He exercises in it, works in his garden (in Phoenix, Arizona) and just hangs out in it. Before me, they had never been washed, so naturally I was looking for a solution. At first I was very happy to receive them. When I took them out of the box, I was concerned. You are incredibly thin. I had a lot of trouble opening them and when I finally did the hats were loose causing them to slip around the halter. I washed two of his hats and there were creases and creases in the front of the hats. After just one wash, one of the holders broke and is no longer holding anything. I just don't recommend these. Perhaps a valid holder would suffice, but my poor fiance lost some of his disgustingly sweaty favorite hats to these monsters!
