Review on Steelcase 435B00 Office Stool Licorice by Erin Johnston

This is a high quality stool made entirely from premium materials. I want it to fit me better. I am a 5'10" male, weigh 180 lbs and the stool ring (which is not adjustable) is an inch or two taller than I would like. When I set the seat (which is adjustable) to its maximum height and my feet stand on the leg ring my knees are stretched higher than I am comfortable (3) recline fully without tension honestly I don't feel a big difference between positions 2 and 3, the seat recline seems having the same tension in both positions (it's not), but it's still pretty solid Locking position -- #1 -- tight You can't lean back a little and lock the backrest in your chosen position, it only gives a fairly upright position for the backrest to lock in. That position doesn't work for me.. point on the series 1. I suspect too The seat would work for someone smaller (about 5 inches tall and 40 pounds lighter) a ls me Although I can't give the chair full marks because it doesn't fit me, I can attest to its good materials and solid construction. Worth a try if you are looking for a quality product from a reputable manufacturer at a good price. I'm disappointed it wasn't quite right for me, but I think it would be good for others.
