This set turned out to be very soft and warm. My 3 year old daughter loved the print. The hat stays in place and the fit is a bit large for a 3 year old. It worked and will probably last another year or two. Good buy. I would recommend it. I didn't use gloves because they weren't waterproof and we were playing in the snow (I bought her a pair of N'Ice Caps Girls Thinsulate Waterproof Mittens). The set is also easy to wash.
