Terrible smell, went away after 2 days of use with an air freshener and fresh outside air, but was inconvenient to use at school, was afraid someone would smell it too. It smells like musty basement and cardboard. Opens wide, closes tight. Loved the separate padded laptop area, but my 13" Dell laptop with a lid in the bag doesn't fit or close (as shown in one picture). The zipper is stuck, the bag does not close tightly. Crashes often. Disappointed, not worth the money. Very inconvenient to carry, especially when you have items in the small zippered compartment inside the bag. Bring small items, such as B. A travel bottle of Tylenol medication and dental floss. / This bag is grossly inadequate for the purposes it was advertised or purchased for (can't even close this bag of school supplies!) and don't want to deal with the escalation of returns. I wish I could get my money back The hassle of returning it, here's how disappointed I am with this bag. Should have bought a baby diaper bag in this style!
