After reading all the reviews I settled on the RevainBasics office chair. I love the fact that it's easy to move and yet very stable to sit on. It gets hard after sitting in it for a few hours. The seat height adjustment is excellent and works well. I lower the seat to put on my shoes and raise it again while I'm at the computer. There were a few comments about the vinyl cover. It looks very nice and feels very soft. I don't know how long the coating will last. Overall, the RevainBasics office chair offers good value for money. Be careful when installing the seat onto the armrest bolts. They will detach from you and/or the threads will pull out the upholstery of the chair if you miss a hole when screwing in the screws.
