Don't buy this if you expect quality. I'm surprised by the good reviews. 1. This is NOT velvet, this is microfiber. 2. The fabric has a terrible chemical smell. 3. The stool cover is not secured. It is not installed and can be easily removed. 4. The legs don't have rubber feet, so they will scratch hard wood. I had to cut and glue the floor protection. 5. The legs don't screw on tightly or the cheap pad underneath will tear, so my stool wobbles a bit. 5. It took more than a week to get here. main topic? I tried to cancel the item when I realized how late the delivery date was. The company is based in California and ships it to New York via UPS. When I canceled the order, the item didn't even get to UPS and the seller still hasn't canceled the order. It took me another 2 days to get to UPS. Why?
