This review is honest and sincere. The Sirin system changed my swimming life. Conclusion: It works as advertised. A couple of caveats: This is a lazy design flaw, which means that in "Shuffle" mode, the player won't remember what you recently heard. How often am I offered the same haircut more than once in the same swim session (45 minutes)? It's not a CRISIS when you have to reach out and move on to the next song, but it sucks. The physical design of the clip that attaches to the goggle strap is poorly thought out. The clip is a bit difficult to squeeze (not enough room for your fingers). It's also not immediately obvious which side is the squeezable side of the clip, since both the top and bottom are the same distance from the player. So you don't know if it's upside down or not. annoying again. A few CHEERS: The sound is MUCH better than I expected. Don't judge the sound quality unless you're submerged in water! These headphones are designed to work with external water pressure/seal to bring the bass to life. On land they sound tinny and cheap. In the water they sound expansive and majestic. It looks like a trick! The customer service from this company is exemplary. I was having trouble finding the right "ear pacifier" for the end of my phones. So after weeks of trying, I went to the Underwater Audio website to see if there was any useful information (and there was). But amazingly I saw that they didn't send me a full set of "ear nipples" in the package. In fact, my box was missing 4 or 5 different shapes and sizes. (see my attached picture). I took them down via email and within a week I received a full set of all the nipples they make for free and very quickly! Wow! I ended up buying a second Sirin for my 20 year old daughter who loves it. Dad is a fan of swimming (and MUSIC). Thanks to Underwater Audio, we're making more challenging workouts for longer periods of time MUCH MORE fun. Buy this system with confidence.
